Hello,
My name is Den from,
Dens Model Ships
Here is a few photos of my new ship model, it a 64-Gun British Warship, scaled @ 1/96, built from scratch. The model is 27" long x 12" wide, and 25" high mid-ship. And has 5 different deck levels, plank-on-frame construction. Total work hours on the model, 1,175, and about 10,000 pieces. About 61' of rigging on the model.

Thanks,
Den

WOW! One of the most impressive models I've ever seen! It should be in a museum. You are truly a master.

Hi Den

Your woodwork, rigging and sails look terrific!
But I have to ask this:
Why do the flags are in the opposite way from where the wind is blowing?
Apart from this detail your work is top notch!
Cheers,
Skipper

That is stunning!

Welcome aboard Den.
As Iíve already said your ships are fantastic. Your modeling and woodworking skills are much better then mine.

PS: I didnít realize before that you were from PA. You wouldnít happen to be anywhere near Somerset would you?

Hope to see more of your work.

Den that is one of the most beautiful builds I've ever seen !!!!!!
First off, how in the heck did you create all that beautiful filagree and scroll work ?
You must have Tim Taylor and Al Bolin's tool shop, this is just too much beauty !!!!
I will surely be looking foward to a build write up.
