Looks awesome .. I love working with Lifecolor ... for the last years I've only used paint from Lifecolor and Vallejo Air ...... and I have no plans of returning to enamels ..... I might want to test Gunzes Laquer paints for some of my anime-girl kits ...... but that's it

Great review Gunny, nothing like Italian paint for Italian Naval subjects.

Now lets see, where did I put that Pola kit???

I may have read over this part in the review, but are those paints flat, gloss, or semi-gloss?

All matte, Bob...and once they dry, they're quite hard and durable...I still always give all of my finished models a couple light coats of matte clear just to be extra sure that the finish will last...

Great review, and navy specific sets are good idea from Lifecolor too. I use Lifecolor and Vallejo exclusively, and this is a great addition to the Lifecolor range. Lifecolor now make two Kriegsmarine sets, and I am waiting with bated breath for a Royal Navy set. If this were released I would be in modelling heaven.
