I'm new in here and I'm a Clark - Michigan archivist looking on the internet to find a professional craftsman who can custom build for me 1:25 scale models of Michigan tractor shovels. I have thousands of pictures and a lot of factory brochures/catalogs/manuals.

Anyone can help me with that?

Thanks...

This is Don's model and it's a scale model of the Michigan 675.

Well to be honest, I'm looking for a VERY detailed scale model, preferably made from resin.

to make it entirely from resin...... you'd have to make masters and molds. the other option would be having somone make a computer model that could then be printed in sections on a 3d part printer.

Sorry if I ask but is it essential to use 3D CAD to scratch-build such a scale model?

You're a couple of months too late... Kit Form Services in the UK (KFS site) recently ran the last production run of a 1:24 scale resin Michigan loader. A very detailed 15" long model.
