I've been gluing my fingers together for like 30 years now. I have found that this tool helps me apply miniscule amounts of glue on the parts I need, and not my fingers. It's a needle, clipped off & stuck in a mechanical pencil. It holds it tight and you can burn off the dried excess and its just like new.

Christian. That is a lot cheaper solution that those Glue Loopers. The thing i dont like about the glue looper is that they sell a variety pack, and I end up using only the small glue loop throwing the rest in a drawer never to be touched again. Will try the needle.

In your opinion. What size needle works best?

I got a pack, found a fat-ish one that fit into a .07 mechanical pencil. It had a long eye. I clipped off the top of the eye, and it's been there since.

Ingenious. Wish that I hadn't bought a purpose made one.

I used the sewing needle method with my pin vise or I stuck a needle into the eraser on a new pencil. Never would have thought to use a mechanical pencil like that. Neat.
